Attic renovation – insulation, interior finishing, and flooring installation

Project Overview:
In this project, the attic was completely renovated and converted for comfortable everyday use. The space was insulated, rebuilt, and finished to a high standard with an eye for detail and sustainability.

Work performed:

Floor insulated with
. The floor is fitted with 200 mm of insulation wool for optimal thermal performance.

Insulated roof structure
The sloped roof sections are insulated with two layers of PIR panels (100 mm + 50 mm) to achieve a high insulation value.

Interior framing installed
A Knauf metal frame has been installed to serve as the base for the further finishing of the walls and ceiling.

Walls and ceiling finished at
The structure was finished with drywall, then given a decorative finish and painted twice for a sleek final result.

Decorative beams installed at
Two new decorative ceiling beams have been installed, creating a warm and charming atmosphere.

: Underfloor Heating and Flooring Electric underfloor heating was installed, and the floor was then finished with laminate for comfort and durability.

Result:
A completely renovated and well-insulated attic space that is ready for everyday use. Thanks to the high-quality insulation, sleek finish, and warm details, the space is both functional and visually appealing.
